Logistical Exclusions To Note
To maintain absolute transparency, our fixed fee covers all consultation and document drafting but excludes external logistical costs. These include physical Sheriff delivery fees and any necessary document couriering (via services such as PostNet or Pudo), which are paid directly by the client based on standard territorial rates.

If minor children are involved, we manage the statutory submission to the Family Advocate backend first. To secure the final decree, the South African legal framework requires the plaintiff to make a brief, straightforward appearance before the magistrate.
